This course will give you a thorough and energetic understanding of this revolutionary meditation technique for todays people.

You will receive daily support and guidance from an experienced OSHO facilitator.

What can we expect out of this Meditation Challenge?
If you go through all the 21 Days there will be a before an after. This techniques are so powerful, it will break through any patterns or habits you might have acquire in the latest years. The body begins to perceive, think and understand things in a different way altogether. All the electric circuits of the body change. Just as a good deal happens at the level of the body, so also a great deal happens at the level of the mind.

Why is Meditation so important?
We are all the time out there taking care of our families, friends, relationships, career, etc.. everything is out there! We need to give time to watch the inner traffic , be aware of our thoughts , watch how our mind works, and slowly slowly start to create an awareness of the patterns. Meditation is a simple process of watching your own mind with no judgments, just watching.

Why 21 Days ?
It takes at least seven days to settle, then another seven days to feel the new dimension, then another seven to be completely at home. Twenty one days is exactly the time the mind takes to change completely, to move into another direction. For the first seven days it goes on struggling with the old; the old mind goes on interfering a little. After seven days that old is gone and the new is there, but you are unfamiliar with it, so it is a little strange. After seven days again you become familiar with this. Now it is no longer new and you are settling in it.

Why Active Meditation instead of Silence Meditation?
In order to achieve silence , real taste of silence we have to empty ourselves of many suppress emotions, feelings , anger, rage, grief … Through the active meditations design by Osho we will release our body from this lawyers accumulated through time. Osho created this powerful meditations for modern man in order to taste de real flavor of meditation. Once we have release then we can sit in silent , then we can be in meditation.

Any advice for participants?
If there is a key word to guarantee success in your meditative practice it’s totality or wholeheartedness. Do the meditation following the instructions with your whole being. If you have to dance , dance! If you have to breath , breath if you have to jump , jump.. its just part of the process.

How will the day be after the meditation?
Your whole day will be transformed, because then you will have a different orientation. Then you can go into the marketplace and still you will remain in contact with your inner core. “And that is the greatest secret, the secret of the golden flower.” Osho
